Complaints conditions

The warranty period for the product delivered by the supplier is governed by the relevant provisions of the Commercial Code.

After receiving the goods, we ask you to check the condition of the delivered goods. In case of detected deficiencies, please inform them within 24 hours of delivery of the goods, otherwise the complaint will not be accepted. Complaints must include photos of damaged goods and packaging, shipment number. Complaints must be sent by e-mail within 24 hours of delivery of the goods, to the address

The warranty is provided for defects that occur on the product during the warranty period. The warranty period is 24 (twenty-four) months, starting from the day the product is taken over by the consumer.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the item (or parts thereof) caused by use. Shorter product life cannot be considered a defect and cannot be claimed.

The supplier's warranty for the product expires in full if the product has been used for further processing or has been modified or altered in any way.

In the event that the goods cannot be repaired, the supplier reserves the right to settle the complaint by substitute performance or refund of the purchase price.

The supplier is not liable for defects caused by mechanical, unqualified operation and the use of incorrect procedures.
